Notes ; Ralph McTell, legendary singer-songwriter-guitarist, celebrated his 60th birthday at Royal Festival Hall on 26th November 2004. The concert was broadcast on BBC Radio 2 Mike Harding show. Ralph met Cara when they both worked on music for Billy Connolly's World Tour TV series.
