病気や障害等の問題を持つ、英国内の18歳以下の子供達を支援することを目的に BBC の主催で毎年行わているチャリティー、『Children in Need』の募金活動の一環として制作されたシングルCD。

曲はビートルズの "All You Need Is Love" で、著名なミュージシャンやシンガーが数多く参加している。カーラも短いパートながら、ザ・コアーズのシャロンとのデュエットでリード・ヴォーカルを担当、コーラスにも参加した。
画像右でカーラが手にしている黄色のクマは、Pudsey Bear（パズィ・ベア）と呼ばれる『Children in Need』公式マスコットのぬいぐるみ。
